• Chatting and interacting with other users through group features.
• Sharing of user-generated content such as profile images and gallery uploads.

5. User-Generated Content

By uploading any content (such as images or chat messages) on Clumbee, you grant Clumbee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content for purposes related to the platform.

You agree not to upload any content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations.
• Contains offensive or harmful material.
• Infringes the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights.

Clumbee reserves the right to remove any content at its discretion.

6. Group Functionality

Clumbee allows users to create and join public and private groups for socializing and club planning purposes. Group types may include public, private, gender-specific, and mixed groups. You are responsible for the behavior and content shared in the groups you create or participate in.

7. Exclusive Offers and Discounts

Clumbee facilitates exclusive offers and discounts from clubs. However, these offers are provided by third-party clubs, and Clumbee is not responsible for the validity, accuracy, or fulfillment of any offers or discounts provided by clubs.

8. Prohibited Uses

• Harass, intimidate, or abuse other users.
• Upload viruses or other malicious code.
• Engage in spamming, phishing, or fraudulent activities.

9. Termination of Use

Clumbee reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the app, at its sole discretion, for violating these terms or for any other reason without prior notice.
